Returns and Replacement Policy

Mazzako shopping  seeks to assist buyers for returns and replacement of order in the following situation.

  1.       Item was defective
  2.       Out of Box Damage
  3.       Wrong Item
  4.       Item not as described

However, we encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

How to return an order on mazzakoshopping.com?

Buyer needs to raise the return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Buyer has to raise return request by contacting us on customer care number and request for return/replacement by referring to the order id number indicated in your delivery parcel.

Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:

  1. Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
    1. Item was defective.
    2. Out of Box Damage
    3. Wrong Item
    4. Item not as described
  1. An intimation shall be provided to Seller seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.
  2. In case the Seller accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Seller and only after return of the product

Further for returns being made by Buyer to the Seller of the product, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Buyer:

If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller.

Moreover, all products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective items applicable under return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

You may return for an exchange within 3 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.

If a defect is determined within the 3-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. Only in cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. ICloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

If mazzakoshopping.com  has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers and sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Reddoko may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against User may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and seller and /or disqualify that User and any related Users from availing protection through this program.
